01 General Introduction

03 Age Restrictions & Verification

04 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposit

Deposits on dk wing can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳50. Deposits are generally credited instantly. Bank transfers may take 1–3 hours to process.

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits made through third parties are strictly prohibited.
• The maximum daily deposit limit is determined by your account tier.

Withdraw

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Processing typically takes between 15 minutes and 24 hours. Withdrawals may be held if KYC verification has not been completed.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until all bonus wagering requirements have been met.
• Dk wing reserves the right to suspend withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳50,000 (different limits apply for VIP members).

05 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Dk wing offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before withdrawal.

Welcome Bonus

• A welcome bonus is available on your first deposit.
• To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet the wagering requirement (typically 10x–30x).
• The Welcome Bonus can only be claimed once, per new account.

Cashback & Reload Bonuses

• Cashback bonuses are credited directly to your playing balance with no wagering requirements.
• The weekly reload bonus is active on specific days.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 days. Any unused bonus will expire at the end of this period.

06 Betting Rules

Before placing bets on dk wing's Sports Betting section, please familiarise yourself with the following rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• Pre-match betting closes once the match kicks off.
• Odds in live betting change continuously; bets may be voided due to delays or technical issues.
• If an event is postponed or cancelled, the related bet will be voided and your stake will be refunded.
• The minimum bet amount is ৳10 BDT, and the maximum is determined by your account tier.
• DK Wing reserves the right to set a maximum payout limit on any bet.

Result Disputes

Any dispute regarding a game result must be reported to the support team within 48 hours of the result being published. DK Wing's decision shall be considered final.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on DK Wing. Any violation will result in permanent account closure:

• Operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus fraud or any attempt to abuse bonuses.
• Using another person's account or selling your account.
• Attempting money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
• Using software or bots to place automated bets.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Abusive behaviour toward the support team or other players.
• Opening an account using a fake identity or false information.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

Dk wing reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Upon detection of any violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• In cases of suspicious financial transactions or suspected fraud.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or providing false information.
• If an account remains inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).

You can also request to close your account at any time. Please withdraw your balance before closing.

09 Limitation of Liability

Dk wing is not responsible for the following:

• Losses due to internet disconnection.
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment gateways.
• Loss of login credentials due to your own negligence.
• Losses caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or server attacks.
